Frequently Asked Question

What is the advantage of using a travel agency?

Travel agencies have direct connections with the airlines. When availing of the services of a travel agency, you are given the option of booking an airline ticket first without having to have the ticket issued right away.

Booking a ticket is equivalent to reserving your seat on your chosen flight option. When using a travel agency, we can book your airline ticket for you and hold it until the deadline given by the airline. You can opt to wait until the deadline before we issue the ticket. This gives you a chance to think about your option and decision without having to worry about booking and buying right away.
