REQUIREMENTS FOR CHINA VISA APPLICATION FOR APPLICANTS WHO DON'T HAVE CHINA VISA ISSUED IN THE PHILIPPINES (Tourist, Business and Transit Visa)

EMPLOYED

-Application form -Original Passport -1 passport-sized or 2x2 picture white background -Personal Bank Certificate from a commercial bank only. The type of account which are acceptable are savings and current account only should be opened at least 6months prior to applying for visa. The account should have an AVERAGE DAILY BALANCE AND TO-DATE BALANCE OF AT LEAST PHP100,000 per applicant (18 years old and above)

*Bank Certificate should indicate the following information: account opening date, type of account, average daily balance and to-date/current balance. Attach the original Official Receipt/Debit Memo/ Certification of Waived Fee.

*IN ADDITION to the Bank Certificate, submit the following supporting documents: (Supporting documents should have the same bank account number with the Bank Certificate and should

match all other information stated in the Bank Certificate)

*Statement of Accounts detailing transactions for 6 months prior to applying for visa (Original and Photocopy of all pages) OR Passbook detailing transactions for 6 months prior to applying for visa (Original and Photocopy of all pages).

-For Conjugal properties/investments and joint accounts, provide proof of relationship such as Original Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract issued by the N.S.O with attached receipt. -Latest BIR-issued Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR-received stamp and issued for the last taxable year (Original and Photocopy)

-Printout flight itinerary and hotel reservation -Original Visa Notification issued by the Local Public Security Bureau or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China (For Business Visa application) -Invitation letter from China

-An Invitation Letter for Tourist should be issued by Authorized Travel Agency or from other institutions & individuals. Authorized Travel Agency refers to:

a.) Tourism Administration Bureau of Chinese Province, Autonomous Region or Municipality Directly under Central Government

b.)CITS Group Corporation, CITS Head Office, CTS Head Office, CYTS, etc.

*Other requirements may be required by the consul if necessary.

Note:

*Please do not leave a blank in the application form.

*Please put "N.A." if it's not applicable.

*Make sure that the back page of the passport is completely filled-up.

INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Important: ALL REQUIREMENTS/POLICIES ARE TO BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED

THERE ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS OR ALTERNATIVES FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO SUBMIT THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REASON FOR THE REFUSAL OF YOUR VISA APPLICATION.
